Journal writing

….is a useful way of recording life events and thoughts /feelings related to these. It is also a wonderful way of venting, validating and releasing. Everyone should try it. Out of your head and onto the written page. Cathartic and releasing.

Pen and paper, like your mind’s thoughts and feelings within your body are flowing through youa dn out through your arm and hand down through the pen and off and away onto the page. Well, it does it for me………
